Privacy policy
Your information stays tied to the work.
This policy explains what Nexum collects through the website, why it is used, and how to contact us about your information.
Effective August 29, 2026
Information we collect
When you request an estimate, Nexum may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, requested service, preferred contact method or date, job description, and an optional property photo. Basic technical information may also be processed to protect the form from misuse.
How we use it
We use this information to review the property or requested work, prepare or discuss an estimate, contact you about the request, schedule service when approved, maintain Nexum’s private operating records, and protect the website from spam or abuse.
Property photographs
Photos are optional. If supplied, they are used to assess the requested work, identify access or condition concerns, and support estimate or job documentation. Do not upload images containing unrelated people, private documents, license plates, or other information Nexum does not need.
Storage and access
Estimate details and photos are stored in Nexum’s private back-office systems. Access is limited to authorized Nexum personnel and service providers needed to operate or secure those systems. Nexum does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the estimate, service, business-record, security, or legal purpose for which it was collected. Nexum uses reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information submitted through the website, subject to records Nexum must reasonably retain. You may also request that Nexum stop contacting you about an inquiry.
Children and policy updates
This website is intended for property owners, tenants, managers, and other adults requesting services—not children under 13. Nexum may update this policy as the website or business processes change, with the current effective date shown above.
