Every plan begins with a property assessment. Starting prices apply to qualifying properties up to 2,000 sq. ft., up to two stories, with normal access and buildup.

Heavy buildup, neglected gutters, difficult access, or excessive organic growth may require a separately quoted initial reset. Larger or more complex properties receive a custom monthly price.

Commercial maintenance
Commercial maintenance begins with a walkthrough and a property-specific scope. Programs can support one site or an entire portfolio.
Scheduled exterior cleaning for entries, walkways, and high-traffic areas, with completion notes and a designated property contact.
A broader maintenance schedule that can include gutter cleaning, seasonal building washes, junk-removal availability, and site coordination.

Before activation
Monthly pricing divides a 12-month service agreement into predictable payments. Included services and credits expire at the end of the term, have no cash value, and do not roll over unless Nexum caused a service to be missed.
Scheduling remains subject to weather, safe access, crew availability, property condition, and the signed service agreement. Early cancellation and member discounts are handled according to that agreement.
