Maintenance pricing starts after the property is ready to maintain.

Photos can support a rough estimate. An accurate final agreement requires an in-person assessment. Heavy buildup or unusual access may require a separately quoted initial reset before recurring pricing begins.

Agreements are fixed-term by default. Automatic renewal is not active. Scheduling remains route-, weather-, access-, and condition-dependent, and added work requires separate approval.
